OK. It's Monday and we didn't go camping. In fact, we only left the house to go buy some pen refills and go to church.
Life ain't fair! We should have been camping!
I mean, COME ON! I'm not getting any younger!
Plus, we have to rationalize how much our PuP costs us every time we use it. So far, it's only costs us about $1,200 a day (based on the assumption that if I actually set foot into the PuP when it is fully extended and has a screen door, then that counts as a day even if it's only a few hours)! If we keep camping a lot, eventually it'll get down to cheaper than a hotel! Well, hopefully, anyway.
And I can only look at our travel pictures for so long before I get the urge to go out there and take another picture.
So, we're heading up to Carlsbad next month. In August, we'll be putting the PuP into a hold while we travel to Las Vegas and then to San Antonio (for some PBR!) We won't be camping again until September (still don't know where yet) and then, in October, we'll visit the stunning vistas of Caprock Canyons State Park up in the Panhandle again.
But we really should be camping more often!
