Well, when I mentioned that I had finished my Washingto quarter collection, a friend casually asked "So, what did you pay for your 1942-D double die obverse?"
OK, I guess I should come clean - I have not been collecting varieties such as the 1934 light and heavy motto or the several double dies.
With that in mind, none of my collections have those sorts. I'm pretty much a year/mint sort of guy.
